Contact Us First: Prior to returning the product, please get in touch with our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at modernhomearoma@gmail.com . Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping at Customer's Cost: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Make sure to include the RA number on the package to ensure smooth processing. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.

Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. We understand that some usage may have occurred, and we appreciate your understanding that the product should be in a resellable condition.

Return Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on shipping charges or any personalized or customized items.
